Coaching sessions are customized to your needs, but common areas we address include:
Time management: Creating schedules that you'll actually follow, managing deadlines, and using time more intentionally
Organization: Developing systems for managing tasks, paperwork, digital files, and physical spaces
Task initiation: Getting started on things you've been avoiding (without the guilt spiral)
Follow-through: Finishing what you start and building consistency
Emotional regulation: Managing frustration, overwhelm, and ADHD-related mood swings
Procrastination: Understanding why you procrastinate and developing strategies to break the cycle
Goal setting: Breaking big dreams into achievable steps
Self-advocacy: Communicating your needs and asking for support

How it Works…
Session Format: Sessions are 50 minutes (virtual or in-person) scheduled at a frequency that works for you (typically weekly or biweekly).
Between Sessions: You'll have specific goals and strategies to practice. I'm available for quick check-ins via email if you get stuck or need support.
Progress Tracking: We'll regularly review what's working, what's not, and adjust our approach as needed. Your strategies should evolve with you.
