Meet Your Coach
Hi! I’m Caitlin (she/her)
I didn’t get my ADHD diagnosis until I was in my 30’s…
At the age of 20, I dropped out of college and suddenly had to figure out how to survive on my own. I knew that traditional structures for organization and time management didn’t work for me… I had to figure out how to work with my brain instead of against it.
Somewhere along the way… I did.
Eventually, the changes allowed me to finish college, pursue graduate school, and left me with a deep desire to help other ADHDers navigate the complexities of life as a neurodivergent human.
Today, I’ve spent years coaching adults and students—specifically those with ADHD/Executive Function issues—on how their brains work, teaching strategies and plans for overcoming EF challenges… that actually work for them (and keep working, even when life gets crazy!)
I get what it’s like to try to live day-to-day with a brain that works differently than the world expects.
I’m all about real-life solutions, and I’ve built my coaching program to help other ADHD-ers manage the constant spiral of responsibilities that life throws at you while still making time for the things that make you, you.
My Approach
My coaching is grounded in understanding how ADHD brains actually work—not how we wish they worked or how society expects them to work. I believe in:
Shame-free support: No judgment, no "you just need to try harder" nonsense
Practical strategies: Real-world systems that fit your life, not cookie-cutter solutions
Self-trust building: Helping you develop confidence in your own abilities
Working WITH your brain: Leveraging your ADHD strengths instead of constantly fighting against challenges
Science-Backed & Rooted in Research: I stay up to date on the most recent research on brain science and adhd
What I Do Now
I currently provide 1:1 executive function coaching at PKO Counseling & Coaching Services in Pittsburgh, where I work with neurodivergent clients across high school, college, and adult populations.
I also facilitate workshops, run group coaching programs like my 6 Weeks Strong program for college students, and offer body doubling sessions to help clients build momentum and accountability.
Beyond individual coaching, I support mental health professionals through my EF Skills for Clinicians group, and speak at schools, organizations, and conferences about executive functioning, ADHD, transitions, and motivation.
